This fee goes toward the time spent planning and discussing your build, and will be deducted from the final cost if you decide to move forward. Please note that this fee is non-refundable as it covers the consultation and preparation process even if you choose not to proceed.

Most components are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Zombie Tech Gaming will assist in processing warranty claims within the first 90 days after purchase but is not responsible for manufacturer defects.

On our end we provide a 30-day workmanship warranty covering assembly or setup errors. For shipping insurance questions refer to our shipping & handling section.

We will provide a refund ONLY if requested in-time before parts are ordered. Once you’ve sent your payment and the components are ordered, deposits become non-refundable.

In the event of hardware failure, manufacturer’s warranty support will be provided as mentioned in our warranty section.

We will not accept any returns from customer-caused damage such as overclocking damage, liquid spills, 3rd-party mods, power surges, etc.

All systems are carefully documented, inspected, stress-tested, photographed, then packaged with protective materials prior to shipment. We are not responsible for damage that occurs over transit. However, each order shipped is fully insured for it’s total value through the carrier. Depending on the situation, repairs and replacements may be facilitated through the carrier’s insurance or through manufacturer’s individual component warranties.

We will assist in filing a shipping insurance claim with the carrier in the case of a total-loss, this process requires heavy documentation so that no one tries to take advantage of it.

Failure to report damages within 48 hours of delivery may result in denial of claim. Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the system functionality are not considered shipping damage.

A schedule of your build will be provided as we finalize your order and process your payment. As of now it is taking at-least 3 weeks to build the PC and then ship it, totaling to around a month+
