TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions govern all products and services provided/sold by Zombie Tech Gaming. By purchasing a custom-built computer or any of our products, you agree to these terms in full.

GENERAL TERMS

All pricing and invoices are quoted in US currency.

A non-refundable consultation fee is required before finalizing custom build and quote/invoice. This fee covers the time spent in the consult and setting up. If you proceed with your build, the consultation fee will be credited toward your final build cost. Once component orders are placed or assembly begins, all deposits become non-refundable, as parts are currently purchased specifically for your order.

PAYMENT, DEPOSITS, AND CONSULTATION FEES

CUSTOM BUILDS AND FINAL SALES

Each system built is custom-made to order as of now; because of this, all sales are final once assembly has begun. After delivery, returns or refunds are not accepted except as provided under the Workmanship Warranty or applicable manufacturer warranties.

WORKMANSHIP WARRANTY - 30 DAYS

Zombie Tech Gaming guarantees the quality of our assembly and configurations for thirty (30) days from delivery. If an issue arises due to a confirmed assembly or setup error, we will repair or correct it at no labor cost.

Examples of what’s covered in this warranty;

• Loose or improperly connected internal components (GPU, RAM, cables, etc.)

• Incorrect BIOS or firmware configuration made by us

• Misconnected cables or storage drives

• Any verified workmanship defect directly caused by our assembly

Things that are not covered are;

• Defective parts (covered under manufacturer warranty)

• Physical damage, tampering, or modifications after delivery

• Software errors, viruses, or operating system issues caused by user actions

• Overclocking damage, power surges, or liquid exposure

• Normal cosmetic wear or minor blemishes not affecting performance

After the 30-day period, all hardware issues must be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.

All components include their respective manufacturer warranties (typically 1-3 years). We will assist customers in initiating a warranty claim within 90 days of delivery if needed. Zombie Tech Gaming is not responsible for manufacturer decisions, shipping costs, or claim outcomes.

MANUFACTURER WARRANTY ASSISTANCE

SHIPPING AND DAMAGE POLICY

All systems are fully tested and securely packaged prior to shipment. Each order is shipped fully insured for it’s total value through the carrier used for shipping.

In the case of shipping damage;

  1. Inspect and keep all original packaging materials

  2. Report any visible or suspected damage within 48 hours of delivery to us

  3. Photos and description(s) of the issue/damages is required.

We will assist in filing an insurance claim with the carrier. Depending on the situation, solutions may occur through;

  • The carrier’s insurance coverage

  • Manufacturer warranty, or

  • Limited repair assistance at our discretion

Note: Zombie Tech Gaming is not responsible for damages incurred during shipping or for claims filed beyond 48 hours of delivery. Minor cosmetic imperfections not affecting performance are not considered shipping damages.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure proper operation and longevity, customers are responsible for;

  • Using a reliable surge protector to help protect components

  • Maintaining proper ventilation and environment for system operation

  • Keeping operating systems and drivers up to date

  • Responsible for backing up their own data

Zombie Tech Gaming is not responsible for loss of data, corrupted software, or damage from third-party programs or updates.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Zombie Tech Gaming shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - including data loss, lost profits, or downtime - arising from product use, shipment, or installation. Our liability will not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in question.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States.

All pricing is subject to change depending on the complexity of the build, component costs, and/or market shifts.

PRICES ARE ALWAYS SUBJECT TO CHANGE

By submitting payment, placing an order, or accepting delivery from Zombie Tech Gaming, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
